Bynum to Portlanders: Chaos is “pretty bucolic”

Democrat Janelle Bynum went on a weekend media tour to downplay the chaos and mock those who want accountability. Bynum claimed that nobody wants to “fix up Portland” and went so far as to describe life in the city as “pretty bucolic.” This is an odd choice of words for a city plagued by crime, drugs, and violence:

Bynum isn’t interested in restoring safety or order in Portland. She’s too busy downplaying chaos, siding with the mob, and insulting the men and women who put their lives on the line to protect communities.
