Pou Picked Politics, Jersey Families Pay the Price

Government funding runs out today, and it’s all Nellie Pou’s fault. Out of touch obstructionist Pou put politics over people and voted against legislation to keep the government open. 

Nellie Pou’s reckless stunt forces New Jerseyans to face unnecessary uncertainty. A shutdown jeopardizes paychecks for service members, law enforcement, TSA agents, and more. It delays assistance for small businesses, cuts off funding for Head Start, and puts veterans’ services at risk. All because Nellie Pou would rather play games than do her job.
