Mrvan’s Reckless Shutdown Puts Food Support for Indianans on the Line

Out of touch Democrat Frank Mrvan shut down the government, turning his back on moms, dads, and Indianans trying to feed their families.  

By forcing a shutdown, Mrvan jeopardized funding for food stamps and other food assistance programs, like WIC and SNAP, making it harder for Indianans to put food on the table and support their families. 

Bottom Line: 610,700 Indianans could be going hungry because of Frank Mrvan’s vote.
