A new memo from the NRCC exposes Janelle Bynum’s vote to plunge the country into chaos, allowing the government to shut down as she turned her back on working families in Oregon. By rejecting a solution to fund the government, Bynum froze paychecks, blocked critical services, and jeopardized Americans’ safety and livelihoods.
