A new memo from the NRCC exposes Josh Harder’s vote to plunge the country into chaos, allowing the government to shut down as he turned his back on working families in California. By rejecting a solution to fund the government, Harder froze paychecks, blocked critical services, and jeopardized Americans’ safety and livelihoods.
