DAVIS’ DESTRUCTION: Don’s Shutdown is Hurting North Carolina

It has officially been one week of the government shutdown and North Carolinians are feeling the pressure.

Each week, 11.1 million North Carolinians are losing $442 million in Gross State Product, about $91 million worth of small business loans are getting held up, and over 79,000 workers are furloughed or working without pay. This must end but Don Davis does not care. He voted for this shutdown rather than continuing to fund the government and now he’s placing blame everywhere but on himself.
