Perez’s Shutdown Costs Washington Workers Millions

It has officially been one week of the government shutdown and Washington families are feeling the pressure. 

Each week, Washington families are losing $445 million in Gross State Product, about $91 million worth of small business loans are getting held up, and over 77,000 workers are furloughed or working without pay. This must end but Marie Gluesenkamp Perez does not care. She allowed this shut down to happen rather than continuing to fund the government and now they’re placing blame everywhere but on themselves.
