A storm’s coming, and Tom Suozzi and Laura Gillen left Long Island helpless

New York is bracing for impact from a dangerous nor’easter, and thanks to Tom Suozzi and Laura Gillen’s cowardly, self-serving vote that shut down the government, there’s no help in sight.

The storm is expected to bring the highest water levels since Sandy, and “locally major” flooding could close roads, and flood homes and businesses. But if New York needs any federal relief aid, FEMA may not be there to help. With the government shut down, FEMA can’t borrow any additional funds once it runs out – no matter how bad things get from the storm.

This is out of touch Tom Suozzi and Laura Gillen’s radical agenda: Risk the safety and security of Long Islanders in order to send taxpayer-funded handouts to illegals and bow down to the far left.
