11 Shutdowns Weren’t Enough for Kaptur, She Voted for ANOTHER ONE

This is Marcy Kaptur’s 12th government shutdown since she got to Washington in 1983.

Kaptur knows the dangerous consequences of a government shutdown after being through 12 of them herself, yet she still decided to put politics over Ohioans, once again.

Kaptur’s first shutdown was November 1983. Luigi was first introduced in the arcade game Mario Bros that year and “Every Breath You Take” by The Police was the number one song of the year.
