Troops went unpaid, Josh Harder didn’t care

Day 18 and Democrats still haven’t apologized for trying to stiff our troops. Eighteen days into the Democrats’ shutdown, the only reason troops have been paid is because President Trump acted while Democrats refused. Republicans voted to keep paychecks flowing; Democrats voted to shut them off.
