Day 29: Soto’s shutdown is hurting those who serve

This week, thousands of service members are going to miss paychecks because of Darren Soto’s shutdown. While troops stand ready to defend our nation, Democrats are standing in the way of paying them.

House Republicans passed commonsense legislation to keep the government open, fund the military, and keep pay flowing, but Soto voted no to score political points.
