Tran & Min voted to block troop pay and keep the shutdown going
This week, thousands of service members are going to miss paychecks because of Derek Tran and Dave Min’s shutdown. While troops stand ready to defend our nation, Democrats are standing in the way of paying them.
House Republicans passed commonsense legislation to keep the government open, fund the military, and keep pay flowing, but Tran and Min voted no to score political points.
“Democrats talk about supporting the troops, but their shutdown says otherwise. Our soldiers, sailors, airmen, and Marines deserve their paychecks, not partisan games from Washington Democrats.” – NRCC Spokesman Christian Martinez
