Tom Suozzi and Laura Gillen were willing to let our service members go unpaid

Without President Trump’s swift action, military families would have missed a paycheck, all because Tom Suozzi and Laura Gillen refused to reopen the government. They were willing to let our soldiers go without pay rather than give up their partisan demands.

President Trump stepped in and found a way to protect troop pay. Suozzi and Gillen didn’t and wouldn’t.
