Marcy Kaptur’s Shutdown Betrayed Our Service Members

While our men and women in uniform stand the watch, out-of-touch Democrat Marcy Kaptur stood down. Kaptur voted for the shutdown and was fine with service members missing pay. Thankfully, President Trump secured funding to keep paychecks flowing, no thanks to Marcy Kaptur.
