Far-left Democrat Brian Varela just notched the endorsement of Tom Palmieri, an accused sexual predator, progressive activist, and ex-Warren County Democratic chair.
This is just the latest radical to endorse Varela, who also proudly accepted the backing of Bernie Sanders-loving Joey Novick, and progressive lunatic Patricia Campos-Medina, who supports eliminating Medicaid and defunding the police.
