NRCC Chairman Hudson on SCOTUS Considering NRSC v. FEC

NRCC Chairman Richard Hudson (R-NC) released the following statement as the Supreme Court begins to consider the case of National Republican Senatorial Committee v. Federal Elections Commission:

“The government should not restrict a political party’s ability to support its own candidates. That’s why this cycle, the NRCC has taken lead on this case and is funding the legal effort to defend core First Amendment protections. I’m confident the Court will uphold the Constitution and protect political speech nationwide.”
