Josh Riley Votes Against Affordable Healthcare

December 17, 2025

Out of touch Democrat Josh Riley just turned his back on New Yorkers, voting against commonsense reforms to make healthcare affordable for working families.

At a time when New Yorkers are being crushed by rising premiums, higher prescription drug costs, and fewer provider options, Riley chose politics over patients. Josh Riley voted against a solution that would lower costs, expand access to care, and give families more flexibility with their health care decisions.

“New Yorkers deserve access to affordable and accessible health care, instead of empty promises and partisan games from radical Democrats. Out of touch Josh Riley had the chance to support commonsense reforms that put patients first, and once again chose the D.C. status quo over the people he is supposed to represent.” — NRCC Spokeswoman Maureen O’Toole
