Vulnerable Democrat Steven Horsford and his very own Congressional Progressive Caucus have made the Democrats’ agenda crystal clear: defund ICE, weaken Customs and Border Patrol, and leave the border wide open.  Just today, they threatened to block funding for the Department of Homeland Security unless border enforcement is stripped out.
