Democrat Kristen McDonald Rivet proved you can acknowledge a threat and still vote to empower it.

McDonald Rivet voted to limit the President’s ability to take military action against Iran, tying America’s hands against a hostile regime, while also voting to reaffirm that Iran is the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism.

You can’t have it both ways.
