Dave Min: Fraud > Taxpayers

March 19, 2026

Out of touch Democrats Dave Min just voted to allow waste, fraud, and abuse in taxpayer-funded programs like Social Security and SNAP. Instead of standing up for American citizens, Min voted to put illegal immigrants first.

House Republicans put forward a simple measure: if someone enters this country illegally and defrauds programs like food stamps, Social Security, or Medicaid, they should face consequences, including deportation. Instead, Dave Min voted no, protecting illegal immigrants who exploit taxpayer-funded benefits over American citizens.

And the problem is growing. A recent report from the Center for Immigration Studies found that more than half of illegal immigrant households are receiving at least one form of taxpayer-funded welfare benefits, costing American taxpayers billions.

“This should be common sense. Hardworking Americans expect their tax dollars to be protected from waste, fraud, and abuse. But Dave Min voted to shield those exploiting taxpayer-funded benefits instead of standing up for the Californians who are forced to foot the bill.” – NRCC Spokesman Christian Martinez
