Greg Landsman Pushes Radical Trans Agenda on Ohio Kids

April 9, 2026

Out of touch Democrat Greg Landsman took $14,500 from a PAC that pushes sex-change surgeries on kids.

Liberal Landsman went on to co-sponsor legislation that “would allow biological men to compete against female athletes and allow biological men to access female locker rooms, bathrooms, and shelters.”

Landsman also led legislation that “would reverse executive orders banning sex change surgeries for minors under the age of 19.”

“Liberal Landsman pushes a radical transgender agenda on Ohio kids while being funded by far-left extremists. Greg Landsman is too extreme to represent Ohio’s 1st congressional district.” – NRCC Spokesman Zach Bannon

U.S. Rep. Greg Landsman, D-Ohio, who is seeking to maintain his seat in an increasingly Republican district, has a history of receiving donations from the Equality PAC and cosponsoring legislation that would allow biological men to compete against female athletes and access female spaces.

The Democratic congressman is running for reelection in Ohio’s 1st Congressional District, where constituents voted for President Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election, and new boundaries have caused the district to lean further Republican.

Landsman received $14,500 in donations from Equality PAC between 2022 and 2025, according to data from the Federal Election Commission.

Equality PAC’s website describes its mission as being the “political arm of the Congressional Equality Caucus” and raising funds for representatives committed to passing the Equality Act.

The Equality Caucus, made up of representatives endorsed by the PAC, opposed the Protect Children’s Innocence Act, legislation that would ban irreversible sex change procedures for minors, in December 2025.

The PAC previously described a drag queen story hour event for children as a way to “teach our youngsters about acceptance” in a 2023 post on X.

Equality PAC also opposed legislation in Tennessee to ban the practice of hosting drag performances in spaces where people under the age of 18 are present.

The Equality Act, legislation that was introduced in 2021, is described as prohibiting “discrimination on the basis of sex, gender identity, and sexual orientation, and for other purposes,” according to the Act’s text.

The Act would allow biological men to compete against female athletes and allow biological men to access female locker rooms, bathrooms, and shelters.

The Act was sponsored by Rep. David N. Cicilline, D-Rhode Island, and cosponsored by Landsman and 223 other Democrats.

The legislation was passed by the House but died in the Senate. It also failed to pass when it was reintroduced in 2023 and has been stalled in the Senate after being introduced for a third time in 2025.

In addition to cosponsoring the Equality Act, Landsman has also cosponsored House Resolution 3708, legislation introduced in 2025 that includes provisions that would reverse executive orders banning sex change surgeries for minors under the age of 19. The resolution stalled in the House after being referred to multiple congressional committees.
