Democrats Descend Into Open Warfare as D.C. Meddling Sparks Primary Chaos

Arizona Democrats descended into open warfare yesterday as Amish Shah torched the DCCC on TV for its “hubris” in meddling in the first district primary after “we had been told multiple times there was not going to be any interference.”

Shah launched a scorched-earth attack on the DCCC and rival Marlene Galan-Woods, blasting Galan-Woods for working “to defeat Obama in two different elections.”

Another local Democrat consultant compared the DCCC’s endorsement of Galan-Woods to the Sports Illustrated cover “curse.” Even Shah admitted, “Democratic voters right now…aren’t exactly happy with the Democratic establishment.”
