Josh Riley thinks he can have his cake and eat it, too

Phony Democrat Josh Riley thinks he can have his cake and eat it, too. For the THIRDtime, Riley is taking credit for critical funding for his district, even though he voted against it. 

Riley held a press conference to boast about half a million dollars for Endicott intended for community upgrades, including making the area safer and more accessible. But what did Riley fail to mention? He voted to block the funding, and it’s only reaching the district thanks to Republicans.
