Sophie Cunningham Has More Backbone Than Marie Gluesenkamp Perez

Two teenage girls were cursed at, mocked, and left in tears at Tuesday night’s Seattle Storm game by the team’s co-owner simply for holding signs thanking Sophie Cunningham for defending women’s sports.

Don’t expect Marie Gluesenkamp Perez to defend them. She thinks the question of biological men competing against women is “nuanced.”

Her record? Even worse:

• Perez voted against the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act, twice.
• Perez voted against studying the impact of biological males competing in women’s sports.
• Perez defended Biden’s radical Title IX rewrite that gutted commonsense protections for women.
