This Labor Day, Cuellar Corruption is working Overtime

September 8, 2026

This Labor Day, South Texans deserve to know why a taxpayer-funded city employee appeared to be doing campaign work for self-serving Henry Cuellar.

This isn’t a minor paperwork question. Texas prohibits municipal employees from knowingly using public funds or other city resources to distribute political advertising.

Who authorized the activity? Were taxpayers footing the bill? What did Cuellar’s campaign know?

“The Cuellar corruption is working overtime. Self-serving Henry Cuellar treats public office like a family racket: exploit government resources, hide when caught, and leave taxpayers holding the bag. The only thing Cuellar has ever worked hard at is working the system.” – NRCC Spokesman Christian Martinez
