On ten days out from the midterm election:“Look, the bottom line is we’re 10 days out from the election, and Republicans have all the momentum. We’ve got better candidates. We’ve got the money. We’ve got the ground game; we’re going to hold this House majority, and redistricting certainly helped us. That made the map more favorable. But I’ve said for almost two years now that this election is going to come down to 30 districts, 30 knife fights in 30 different dark alleys. It’s very, very close. And here we are, 10 days out. These races are all virtually tied, but the momentum is with Republicans.”

On the need for Republicans to get out and vote:“…I would just say to all our friends out there watching, it’s important that you get out to vote and you drag a bunch of friends with you because right now the Democrats are showing up…The election will be determined based on who shows up. So, if Republican voters show up, we’re going to hold the House. We’re right where we need to be. We’ve got the momentum. When you look at the money we’ve raised, you look at the quality of our candidates, and you can listen to the Democrats’ words, but look at their actions…It’s going to come down to these 30 House races. Every one of them will be decided by just a few thousand votes. It really is going to be determined by what Republicans do in the next 10 days. If we show up, we’re going to hold the House.”

On the rise of socialist candidates in the Democrat Party:“…she’s not the craziest Democrat running for Congress this cycle…we’ve got, you know, folks candidate running in Colorado who wants to ban cattle ranching in the district that produces 25% of the beef in Colorado. The Democrats have kind of gone off the edge here. And I think that’s just another reason why [Republicans have] all the momentum.”
