ICYMI: Iowa victim’s mother says Democrats’ ideas on immigration will lead to more tragedies

As Iowa continues to look for answers after the triple murder of a mother and her two young children by a twice-deported illegal immigrant, the mother of another victim is speaking out and placing the blame squarely on the shoulders of the socialist Democrats’ immigration policies.

Speaking out against dangerous Democrat policies, Michelle Root, whose daughter was killed by an illegal immigrant who disappeared after posting bond, said, “We don’t need Democrats that want open borders, because again, my family is the end result of all these open border policies.”

Unfortunately, Iowa’s Democrats have fully embraced their party’s extremism on immigration, with Abby Finkenauer and Rita Hart voting to allow sanctuary cities in the state and Cindy Axne voting to allow a path to citizenship for illegal immigrant gang members. Their dangerous policies are wildly out of step with Iowans.
