Xochitl Torres Small is currently polling her constituents on whether or not they support a border wall.
But Torres Small’s concern for the wishes of New Mexicans is a little late, as she has already voted to block President Trump from building the wall. Twice!
Maybe she should have asked what her constituents thought last year.
