Scholten and Kildee vote to block veterans’ funding
Hillary Scholten and Dan Kildee just voted against funding veterans’ health care and veterans’ benefits — 13 days after they voted to block pay raises for active duty military.
Scholten and Kildee continue to reveal their true stripes as extreme Democrats. The bill they voted against fully funds the VA, veterans’ benefits and veterans’ programs.
Their extreme vote targets the more than 516,000 veterans in Michigan.
“Hillary Scholten and Dan Kildee have betrayed veterans and active duty troops. They vote the extreme Democrat party line even when that means targeting the health care and benefits veterans earned serving our country in uniform — or blocking pay raises for active duty troops.” – NRCC Spokesman Chris Gustafson
