New rankings show out of touch Democrat Henry Cuellar is the 18th most vulnerable member in the House of Representatives.

This new report highlighting the vulnerability of Henry Cuellar follows his vote to raise taxes and kill jobs in Texas while rapidly losing support from Hispanic voters. Cuellar is also awaiting trial for his federal bribery charges.
