Greg Landsman’s Letdown: Voted to Shut Down the Government

Last week, out of touch Democrat Greg Landsman voted to shut down the government and sell out Ohioans.

His reckless vote could put Ohioans directly in harm’s way:

• Threatening families’ safety due to law enforcement officers, members of the military, and TSA workers may be forced to work without pay.
• Blocking 32,368 veterans from accessing critical programs, including employment assistance.
• Forcing  8,587 federal workers in OH-01 to work without pay.
• Jeopardizing millions in loan financing for the state’s 1.1 million small businesses.
• Limiting access to financial assistance, including disaster relief, for 1,792 farmers.
• Endangering funding for the Head Start program that serves 21,315 children in Ohio. 

Bottom line: Greg Landsman put a partisan stunt ahead of the livelihoods of everyday Ohioans.
