NRCC Launches “Inside the Majority” Video Highlighting Tom Barrett

WASHIINGTON, D.C. — The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) released an “Inside the Majority” video highlighting 22-year Iraq War veteran and military helicopter pilot Tom Barrett’s background and how he has hit the ground running in Congress, delivering commonsense results for his fellow veterans and Michigan families

Of note, as a freshman Member of Congress, Tom Barrett has already had five pieces of legislation passed by the House of Representatives. Through these pieces of legislation, Barrett worked to address issues important to Michigan and his fellow veterans.

Congressman Tom Barrett has been endorsed by President Trump in which the President said, in part, “Tom Barrett has my Complete and Total Endorsement — HE WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN!”

I grew up in Michigan, born and raised in Michigan my whole life. Then spent 22 years after High School in the United States Army and learned to fly some amazing helicopters. I had realized that a lot of veterans that I have served with were really struggling to find work opportunities back home in Michigan and I decided to do something about that.

I was elected to be my districts voice, to be mid-Michigan’s voice in Washington, D.C., not Washington’s voice back home in Michigan.
