Tom Barrett Puts Michigan First, Democrats Put Washington Politics First

While Democrats are forcing a shutdown, Tom Barrett did his job and voted to keep the government working for Michiganders. 

D.C. Democrats, who Michigan Democrats are in lock step with, just shut down the government, jeopardizing support for veterans, farmers, and small businesses, while pushing open border policies and taxpayer handouts for illegal immigrants.

The contrast could not be clearer: Tom Barrett will always put Michiganders first, while Michigan Democrats leave them behind.
