Julie Johnson may Force Texas Kids to Go Hungry

Out of touch Democrat Julie Johnson shut down the government, turning her back on moms, dads, and Texans trying to feed their families.  

By forcing a shutdown, Johnson jeopardized funding for food stamps and other food assistance programs, like WIC and SNAP, making it harder for Texans to put food on the table and support their families. 

Bottom Line: nearly 4 million Texans could be going hungry because of Johnson’s vote.
