Out of touch Democrat Marcy Kaptur voted to shut down the government. 

She then had the gall to fundraise on her shutdown vote that risks paychecks for servicemembers, police, and Border Patrol; stalled disaster relief; and cut off critical support for veterans, farmers, and small businesses.
