Frankly, Mrvan Doesn’t Care: Shutdown Slams Indianans
It has officially been one week of the government shutdown and Indianans are feeling the pressure.
Each week, Indianans are losing $270 million in Gross State Product, about $58 million worth of small business loans are getting held up, and over 39,000 workers are furloughed or working without pay. This must end but Mrvan does not care. He voted for this shut down rather than continuing to fund the government and now he’s placing blame everywhere but on himself.
“Frank Mrvan is shameful. He voted to shut down the government and, in turn, is hurting Indianans. It is high time he stops playing political games with peoples’ livelihoods and works to put Indianans first.” – NRCC Spokesman Zach Bannon
