Bynum’s Shutdown Costs Oregon Families and Small Businesses

It has officially been one week of the government shutdown and Oregon families are feeling the pressure. 

Each week, Oregon families are losing $170 million in Gross State Product, about $33 million worth of small business loans are getting held up, and over 28,000 workers are furloughed or working without pay. This must end but Janelle Bynum does not care. She allowed this shut down to happen rather than continuing to fund the government and now they’re placing blame everywhere but on themselves.
