Ruiz Takes Orders from the Radical Left, Not Californians

One week in, out of touch Democrat Raul Ruiz still won’t budge, at least not before October 18, when the radical left plans to bus activists to D.C. That’s not governing; that’s giving away the keys to the liberal base.
