Trump stood up for our troops, Suozzi and Gillen didn’t

Thanks to President Trump, America’s troops will receive their paychecks, despite Democrats Tom Suozzi and Laura Gillen’s vote to shut down the government.

By voting to close the government, Suozzi and Gillen threatened soldier pay and voted to hurt military families. It’s past time for Suozzi and Gillen to end the political games and reopen the government.
