Does Cognetti Know Democrats Shut Down the Government?

Political opportunist Paige Cognetti is noticing the Democrat shutdown’s negative effects on Scranton: federal workers being furloughed, schools running out of cash, and nonprofits experiencing funding lapses. Despite the obvious pain being inflicted, Cognetti still won’t blame her own party for the shutdown.
