FRAUD ALERT: Josh Riley refuses to condemn his buddy’s use of the n-word

October 24, 2025

Radical Democrat Josh Riley is part-owner of a distillery that brags about taking their “ICE crushed,” he’s bankrolled by a group that called President Trump’s policies “f-cked up”. And now, a new report reveals he is refusing to condemn his buddy’s use of the n-word.

Miles Burnett, the Democrat nominee Binghamton Mayor who posted a video of himself using the n-word, turns out to be a close buddy of Josh Riley, and yet, Riley refuses to condemn Burnett’s hateful, racist rhetoric.

“There is simply zero excuse for Josh Riley’s failure to condemn racist hate speech. Riley is a stain on Upstate New York, and voters will see him to the door next November.” — NRCC Spokeswoman Maureen O’Toole

The New York congressman – who won his seat with a margin of just over 8,000 votes – took a $1,000 donation from Voters of Tomorrow PAC; a group focused on Gen-Z activism which advocates for criminal justice reform.

In June, Voters of Tomorrow posted a video on Instagram about Immigration and Customs Enforcement with the caption: ‘Abolish ICE’.

The video said Trump was ‘racist’ and ‘anti-immigrant’, accusing him of a ‘dangerous abuse of power’ by mobilizing the national guard in Los Angeles, and saying his policies are ‘f**ked up’.

Last month, Riley, 44, released financial disclosures revealing he invested in a liquor distillery selling Fascist Tears Vodka and Dissent Gin, which boast that it prefers its ‘ICE crushed’.

A video emerged last month of Miles Burnett, Democrat candidate for Binghamton Mayor, using the N-word in a social media post when he was a teen, sparking a local scandal.

Burnett, 33, has been photographed several times with Riley and received a special invite to the Congressman’s swearing in ceremony.

The mayoral candidate apologized in a statement on Facebook saying, ‘it was a stupid thing to do, and I would not make the same choice today as an adult.’

But when contacted for comment about the incident, Riley did not respond.

A Republican spokeswoman slammed the Democrat in a searing response.

‘Josh Riley’s silence on everything from the dangerous groups that bankroll him to the pro-crime, anti-law enforcement distillery that he owns and his friend’s hateful rhetoric tells you everything you need to know about who he actually is: A radical, dishonest politician who is only looking out for himself, not Upstate New York,’ National Republican Congressional Committee spokeswoman Maureen O’Toole told Daily Mail.
