Day 26: Kaptur’s Shutdown Cut Pay for Troops

Military service members are missing their paychecks, which can impact our national security and military readiness, as well as make it harder for service members to pay their bills. Out-of-touch Democrat Marcy Kaptur voted to shut down the government and deny pay to those who defend our nation, choosing politics over patriotism.
