Bynum’s shutdown hurts Oregon’s first responders

On National First Responders Day, Janelle Bynum is paying lip service to our heroes while their shutdown hurts the very people who protect our communities.

Because of the Janelle Bynum’s shutdown, FEMA grants for fire, EMS, and emergency preparedness are delayed, and local departments are being forced to stretch their budgets just to keep serving families.
