Josh Riley voted to block paychecks for the troops

Military service members are missing their paychecks, which can impact our national security and military readiness, as well as make it harder for service members to pay their bills. Out-of-touch Democrat Josh Riley voted to shut down the government and deny pay to those who defend our nation, choosing politics over patriotism.
