Jim Costa was ready to stiff our troops

Without President Trump’s swift action, military families would have missed a paycheck, all because Jim Costa refused to reopen the government. They were willing to let our soldiers go without pay rather than give up their partisan demands.

President Trump stepped in and found a way to protect troop pay. Costa didn’t and wouldn’t.
