BAINS BOXED IN: Mamdani runs the party, Villegas runs the base

Establishment Democrat Jasmeet Bains is running out of excuses. Her party just crowned radical socialist Zohran Mamdani as Mayor-Elect of New York City, officially cementing socialism as the new face of the Democrat Party.

She’s already falling behind in fundraising, and now she’ll have to explain to her radical base why she isn’t joining Randy Villegas, the Zohran Mamdani of the West, and Democrats nationwide in celebrating their new socialist leader, Mayor-Elect Zohran Mamdani.
