Suozzi and Gillen put partisan politics ahead of our troops’ paychecks

Our heroes were on the brink of missing pay because Tom Suozzi and Laura Gillen chose political games over governing. Instead of helping, Suozzi and Gillen held our troops’ livelihoods hostage for leverage. President Trump stepped in to ensure our troops got paid and House Republicans backed him up. Suozzi and Gillen need to explain why protecting partisan power mattered more than paying the men and women who serve.
