President Trump protected troop pay, Cuellar played politics

Our heroes were on the brink of missing pay because Henry Cuellar chose political games over governing. Instead of helping, Cuellar held our troops’ livelihoods hostage for leverage. President Trump stepped in to ensure our troops got paid and House Republicans backed him up. Cuellar needs to explain why protecting partisan power mattered more than paying the men and women who serve.
