Shutdown Supporter Greg Landsman Can’t Hide From the Truth

On CNN this morning, out of touch Democrat Greg Landsman claimed: “There should’ve never been a shutdown. I’ve never voted for one.”

Unfortunately for Landsman, voting records exist.

Republicans are calling out Democratic U.S. Rep. Greg Landsman for telling CNN he has never voted for a federal government shutdown.

According to the National Republican Congressional Committee, Landsman twice voted against continuing resolutions, including a U.S. House continuing resolution that passed on March 11 to fund the federal government and another that passed on Sept. 19 to do the same.

Landsman appears poised to vote for a third time against funding the federal government, based on a post he made on X, formerly Twitter.

Republicans previously criticized the Cincinnati-area congressman, saying he is out of touch for voting against the continuing resolution but taking contributions from several air groups, including at least $16,500 from the Air Line Pilots Association PAC, $15,000 from the National Air Traffic Controllers Association PAC, and $3,000 from the FAA Managers Association Inc. PAC.
