Josh Riley Votes to Hike Winter Heating Costs on Upstate Families

Temperatures are dropping and New York families are starting to flip their thermostat to heat. While House Republicans are working to cut costs for families this winter, out of touch Democrat Josh Riley voted AGAINST legislation to unleash American energy, driving up heating bills for New Yorkers.
